Raegan Pirtle, sole owner and maker behind Flying R Leather, is originally from South-Central Kansas. She is now based in Western Oklahoma where she runs Flying R and works for Wild Horse Leather Company. 

Raegan specializes in spur straps, headstalls, belts, and other miscellaneous leather goods. Her attention to detail when it comes to artistic touches on functional gear makes her truly a special find for The State Line.
